This will be split over at least 4 lessons
SECTION 1: Identify the topic/issue (thinking locally + nationally) + research it
SECTION 2: Identify 2 people in a position of power or influence over this issue + speak to them; analyse their responses focussing on the differences (+ consider general reasons why people might disagree on this)
SECTION 3: Action plan: what do you propose to do to raise the profile/public awareness of this issue?
SECTION 4: Reflect on + outline what you did and whether you think it made any difference; then discuss how your opinions may have been changed by this process
